Abstract: The article presents information on a yoga sequence which has been designed to help a person connect mind and body. This yoga sequence and breathing exercise teaches that to experience fearlessness one must first acknowledge and embrace his/her fear. Once a person realized that yoga has given strength and courage, especially while experiencing turbulent thoughts and emotions, then it becomes possible for that person to allow his/her fear to mingle with his/her sense of adventure and energy.
