| Abstract: | Outlines the basic structure of "group yoga-therapy." The instructions and prohibitions of this technique are specified, e.g., it is considered dangerous for neurotics and psychotics to practice by themselves, but yoga is having promising results when practiced in a group under the supervision of a psychotherapist. Therapeutic yoga is suggested only for those who have no vertebral injuries or who are very motivated. Lasting transformations after several months of practice are noted.
