| Abstract: | Examined the views of 20 middle-level managers in India to determine the relationship between spiritual practices (meditation, relaxation techniques, yoga, ethical virtues), attitude building and job satisfaction. The results show a positive but very low correlation between the use of spiritual tools and attitude building, and suggest that these employees do not consider spiritual tools as a mean to attain job satisfaction. It is concluded that Indian organizations should identify and emphasize spiritual practices to help build positive attitudes and develop spiritual culture in the organizations.
