| Abstract: | The AA. of this article have achieved a bibliographical perusal about treatment of subjective tinnitus, including even papers based on controlled clinical trials. Pharmacologic agents are settled on vasodilators of cochlear microcirculation (nimodipine, trimetazidine, Ginkgo biloba extract, misoprostol), lidocaine, the anxiolitics (alprazolam, corazepam) and the antidepressants (nortrityline).
