| Abstract: | Developed a value system questionnaire for managers based on concepts and guidelines from Indian philosophical works such as Bhagwat Geeta, Upnishads, Yoga, and Doctrine of Karma. A pilot study evaluated item relevance and sought feedback from managers. The scale concentrates on values related to Karmayoga managerial practices. Factor analysis of data of 374 male managers revealed 5 factors: purity of heart, enlightenment, inner power, philosophy, and refinement. All factors depict psychophilosophical values of managers.
