| Abstract: | Contends that the treatment of hyperkinetic children through drug therapy represents a convenient but imperfect approach. Relaxation, including yoga, meditation, and other various techniques, is offered as a viable alternative. Biofeedback, when implemented by practitioners with appropriate training, has been shown in studies to change mood based on the person's ability to control his/her own destiny.
