The lifestyle changes included maintaining a positive attitude yoga adhering to a balanced vegetarian diet with vitamin supplementation minimum medication use and not using tobacco. It is noted that these "treatment" methods are not considered alternative medicine since they are the main source of treatment in some developing countries.
